The SmartThings app now offers a new way to manage your devices
Now the function, called 3D Map View is finally available on the app SmartThings, the hub for home automation in Seoul. as you can see from the images, this new view simplifies the management of home intelligent by displaying where each device is located.
You can create a real one planimetry of the house in the SmartThings app, place furniture markings and add locations of each smart home product. From here, you can directly adjust the temperature or the lightingcheck the air quality and consumption energetic.
To create the map, unlike the previous 2D version, it can be used artificial intelligence space in Samsung devices and use a device equipped with LiDAR sensor as the Bespoke Jet Bot.
Map View was launched in Korea and in United States last year, but can now be used in all countries with access to the SmartThings app.
The new version of the SmartThings app is already available for devices Android And iOS, as well as for smart TVs based on Tizen released after 2024 (DU 7000).
