From a functional point of view, Microsoft actually says that while Copilot for Windows 10 it will be very similar to the experience on Windows 11although some features and especially some plugins they will not be available.
Nonetheless, the Redmond house states that on devices with 4 GB of RAM and a screen a 720p you will be able to use it without problems.
