Nothing in the footsteps of Google: the first rumors emerge about the next Phone

Nothing it is one of the latest brands to arrive in the world of technology and certainly does not want to fall behind the competition. Starting with true wireless earbuds and including smartphones, the company Carl Pei has managed to attract attention despite the few devices released in its short activity.

Yet it seems that a new smartphone is on the way, according to what two leakers reported: Abhishek Yadav in a post on X reveals that a new device from Nothing it’s a new battery have appeared on the BIS website, the Bureau of Indian Standardswhere the Nothing Phone (1) and the Phone (2) were also recorded.

In fact, from the image he reported, it is possible to see the model numbers: A063 coincides with the Phone (1), A065 corresponds to the Phone (2) and consequently the A142 should coincide with a new smartphone, but the leaker wonders if this will be the next one Nothing Phone (3) or the Phone (2A).

For Nothing this could be the beginning of one A league as Google did: release a second device within the year with lower features than the top of the range, but which can guarantee an excellent brand experience.

TO pour oil on the flame the other leaker takes care of it, Sanju Choudharywhich always through a post about X claims that a new Phone by Nothing is comingbut it will not be the Phone (3), but the Phone (2A). To give strength to his words, he attaches a blurry image of the alleged new device, from which not much can be deduced.

It can be noted that the design of the back cover is that of the Nothing smartphones, but it seems to be closer to that of the Phone (1) rather than the Phone (2), since it is seen that the glyphs LED strip it is not made up of many segments, but is a single strip, as also happens around the camera compartment.

Unfortunately they don’t have them further detailsexcept that, according to the leaker, it will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with punch hole central for the front camera.
