OnePlus presented a video to celebrate his tenth anniversary with founding members and friends. The video, among other things, describes the future of the company, including upcoming flagship devices OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12Rwhich will launch globally on January 23, 2024. During the video, OnePlus also confirmed that the OnePlus R series will go on sale, for the first time in the series’ history, outside of India and China.

Going into details, even in the video you can see how the OnePlus 12 series was conceived aiming to balance high performance and power consumption, effective heat dissipation and longevity. In this sense, the smartphone is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, the fourth generation Hasselblad for Mobile camera with a new 64MP 3x periscope lens and a Flowy Emerald color – homage to OnePlus’ Never Settle spirit. OnePlus 12 R, however, as already mentioned at the beginning, will be the first device from the OnePlus R series to be launched outside of India and China.

Both flagships will be presented at the OnePlus launch event Smooth Beyond Belief on January 23, 2024 at 7:30 pm.

Finally, in the video, the founding members of OnePlus, including Pete Lau and Kinder Liu, they explain that “While many things have changed since our humble beginnings, just as many have remained the same. No matter how the world has changed around us, our essence of OnePlus remains the same. As long as we stick to our ‘Never Settle’ ethos, OnePlus will always remain true to its roots. Over these ten years, every OnePlus product and even the company itself have been built in close collaboration with our users. Co-creation is an inseparable part of our DNA and I hope OnePlus continues to push the boundaries of technology.”
