Samsung has also worked hard in recent years after-sales support of its customers, especially when it comes to the smartphone market segment. A clear example of this consists in the speed and diffusion of system updates.

But Samsung doesn’t just invest in software support. The South Korean manufacturer recently launched its Self-Repair programthe one who provides material and support for self-repair of smartphones. This is a program of considerable importance, given that the self-repair of smartphones it could mean a lot in terms of reduction of the environmental impact.

And precisely in the context of its self-repair program, Samsung has announced some important news. The South Korean company has in fact announced that its latest generation of foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5, are now supported in the Self-Repair program.

Furthermore, Samsung announced that since December the Galaxy S23 series, the Tab S9 series and the Galaxy Book2 Pro series will arrive among the supported devices.

The Self-Repair program provides the possibility of access original spare parts, so you can replace the screen, the back glass, the charging ports, the audio speakers, the SIM tray, the side button and the volume buttons in total autonomy. As for the Supported PCsthe program allows you to repair the front and rear case, the display, the battery, the touchpad, the power button, the rubber feet, the fan and the audio speakers.
