Tesla’s new update is a hymn to peace in the car

Tesla is an absolute point of reference in the car market, especially when it comes to electric ones. This also happens thanks to the great level of technology and software that Tesla has always reserved for its cars.

Precisely in this context we return to talking about Tesla, given that the US company has just released a new update of the software for your cars. This update introduces a tangible news in daily use, and which especially concerns the new one Model 3 recently launched.

The new Model 3 in fact offers some infotainment screens even for those who are seated later in the car. With this new update comes support for connection of wireless headphones to that infotainment system, so that all content is played for rear seat occupants do not disturb the driver or front passenger. The Model S and Model X in the USA also offer rear screens, although there is currently no sign of a software update yet.

It will therefore be possible to connect up to two pairs of headphones wireless for those in the back seats. The headphone connection can be started by accessing the menu Display from the Settings of the system, selecting the item to add new headphones. In this way it will be possible to see contents via the Theater app on the rear seats, without disturbing the driver with the audio.

Apart from this, the newly released software update should also simplify activation Autopilot via the steering wheel stalk with a single press.

The update just described is currently in the distribution phase automatic, via the version 2023.38.8 of the firmware, although the most significant innovation is reserved for the model which also integrates screens for the rear seats.
