The first images of Galaxy A25 5G: a 120Hz AMOLED to stop you thinking about the design

Samsung is preparing to launch the new smartphone Galaxy A25 5G. The device, also spotted on the TUV certification site, was shown in some renderings released by MySmartPrice. The new Galaxy will feature rounded corners, thin frames and a more pronounced chin at the bottom. On the back, however, nothing different than what has already been seen on previous Samsung smartphones: three photographic sensors aligned vertically in the top left corner and the Korean company’s logo at the bottom.

On the right side there is space for the power button and the volume rocker, while on the left there will be the slot dedicated to the SIM. As for colors, Galaxy A25 5G will be available in blue, black, yellow, light blue and blue. Moving on to the technical specifications, there will be a 6.5″ FHD+ Super Amoled Infinity-U display with 120 Hz refresh rate (peak brightness will reach 1000 bit). The processor, however, will be a Exynos 1280supported by 6/8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal memory (microSD support guaranteed for a maximum of 1 TB).

In the photographic field, Galaxy A25 5G will have a 50MP main sensor with OIS support, an 8 MP ultra wide sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor; the front camera will have a resolution of 13 MP. Furthermore, the camera will also include a series of editing functions and filters managed by artificial intelligence. The device – which will weigh 197 grams – will be able to count on a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.

Samsung will finally guarantee four years of major updates and five years of security patches. Galaxy A25 5G is expected to debut in 2024however there are no certainties in this regard, as well as on the selling price.
