Vodafone announces a new rescheduling: increases of almost €2 for other mobile customers
Some Vodafone customers will suffer one remodulation which will result in an increase in the monthly cost of your offer. In particular, mobile network customers will be involved with converging offers, while the increases will start from the second half of December.
As reported on MondoMobileWeb, affected users are receiving a text message which announces the remodulation: “given the changed economic and market conditions, from renewal after 12/16/2023 the cost of your offer increases by 1.99 euros per month. Withdrawal or change operator without penalties or costs by 01/15/2024 with reason modification of contractual conditions via registered letter with return receipt, certified e-mail, on voda.it/disdettalineamobile or in Vodafone stores. More details on 42590”.
Among the affected customers, it would appear that they are those who take advantage of the offer Vodafone Family+ from 9.99 euros per month. In any case, users will be able to receive further information by contacting the toll-free number 42590 or via customer service 190. Furthermore, as reported in the information SMS, customers may not accept the contractual changes. In fact, they will be able to withdraw from the contract or switch to another operator without penalties or deactivation costs (within 60 days of receiving the SMS).
The withdrawal can be carried out in the operator’s stores or by registered mail (there is the possibility of completing the operation on the official Vodafone website).
