Apple e Sony have launched an interesting promotion for owners of the PS5 console. In particular, users will be able to enjoy ad-free access to the streaming service Apple Music for up to six months. The offer is dedicated to new customers of the service and “qualified returning” customers and is available until November 15, 2024. To activate, simply download and access the Apple Music app on any PS5 model.
Subsequently, at the end of six months, users interested in continuing to use the app will be charged the standard cost of the service. Also, PS5 owners who accept this promotion will be able to listen to their favorite songs on all supported devices, including PCs, Android smartphones as well as Apple devices. This offer follows the promotion involving Apple TV+, also made available by Cupertino and Sony in 2021.
Finally, one of the objectives of this promotion is to encourage players to listen to their favorite playlists while perhaps playing a good title on PS5.
Of course this is also an interesting way to try Apple Music at no additional cost and, possibly, make a comparison with similar apps, especially Spotify. In short, users of the popular Sony console can take advantage of a truly interesting initiative.
