A bug has hit various Samsung Galaxys: it concerns Google Play system updates

Samsung is updating many of its devices Galaxy at the One UI 6.0however this process would be preventing the installation of system updates Google Play. In fact, a bug would not allow new Google Play updates to reach various smartphones, including S20, S22, S23, Z Fold 5, A33 and perhaps others.

Going into detail, some Galaxy models they are still equipped with the July updateswhile others with those dating back to the months of August and September. Galaxy S20, on the other hand, is even stuck with the Google Play updates from last May. The situation is not resolved even by proceeding with the manual installation of the updates. In this case, in fact, users will see a message saying “Your device is up to date” or “Updates are temporarily unavailable”.

Even in some the installation procedure seems to start, however, once the process is completed, it is very likely that nothing will change regarding Google Play. The only positive aspect of all this is that smartphones do not freeze: therefore, the user will at least be able to use their device again.

Finally, users can console themselves with the fact that this bug has appeared in the past and then seemingly disappeared without any changes from Samsung.
