CoopVoce is one of the main virtual operators active in the Italian market, known for its very competitive mobile offers in terms of bundles and monthly rates. Perhaps not everyone knows that CoopVoce also offers options for those traveling outside Europe.
Being in Europe we can take advantage of guaranteed and free roaming, an aspect that has been established for years for all European users who move within the territory of the Old Continent. But when you travel outside the EU territorywe need to think about how to continue to use at least part of the mobile telephone services available in Italy.
Precisely in this context, CoopVoce has just renovated one of its most interesting options for those traveling outside European borders. We’re talking about paper Welcome USA. This is a new option that all CoopVoce customers will be able to activate if they are about to travel to the USA and they needed to have some data traffic to use.
The Welcome USA card is a new edition of the one available until the end of November. This is an option that allows you to have 5GB of data traffic up to 4G speed by paying €15. The option has an activation period of 15 days. Afterwards, it will not be possible to renew the card but it will be possible buy a second one for a further 15 days and a further 5 GB of data traffic.
The CoopVoce option differs slightly from the one available for up to a few weeks and which can currently no longer be activated. This newly renewed one only provides data traffic, while the previous one also included 300 minutes of calls and 300 SMS, with just 4 GB.
The operator may have decided to renew it by increasing the data traffic bundle and completely removing the options for having minutes and SMS probably because being able to have the data traffic it also implies the possibility of make calls and video calls.
