Counter-order: the RAM of the Galaxy S24 (apart from one) could disappoint

Just over a month after the presentation of the Galaxy S24a new one appears anticipation which would question one of the rumor taken for granted in recent months: the increase in RAM for all Samsung’s new top devices (do you know why Android needs more RAM than iOS?).

The known leaker Ice Universe has in fact published a post on X which would seem to close the door on this hypothesis, reporting the amount of memory expected for the various models, and underlining how Galaxy S24 Ultra will not arrive in a version with 16 GB of RAM.

As you can see from the post, moreover, too Galaxy S24 will remain stuck at 8 GB, while the only model in the series to receive a increase in RAM will be Galaxy S24+, which will be offered in two versions, 8 GB and 12 GB, just like Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Most likely variants of Galaxy S24+ will also be linked to the amount of storage space, so it is possible to hypothesize a top version of 12 + 512 GB, while the variant with 256GB Of storage you should be happy with 8 GB of RAM.

But the big disappointment will be represented by Galaxy S24 Ultra, which despite the promising previews could remain stuck to the cuts of the previous model. Because we’re talking about up-and-comers previews? Because in the past few months there had been numerous rumor in this sense, and even a prototype with this amount of memory, as reiterated by Tech_Reve.

Evidently Samsung must have canceled the project after the final production, and even if it is still a question of previews and nothing has been confirmed yet, the relevance and reliability of Ice Universe in the field. Given the peremptoriness of his statement, it is very likely that this prediction will come true in January, but hoping that you are wrong costs nothing.
