From February increases of up to €4.49 for some Fastweb landline customers

From the February 1, 2024 some Fastweb landline customers will be affected by a unilateral change that will result an increase in monthly spending. They will receive a personal communication on the invoice and in the MyFastweb personal area. In particular, they will suffer a monthly increase tbetween 0.04 euro cents and 4.49 euros.

In essence, some landline offers will be replaced by other offers, hence the increase in the monthly fee. The operator justified the change thus: “Maintaining this balance between innovation and sustainability requires resources and the recent increase in energy and raw material costs beyond our control has made it even more difficult to guarantee you the best possible service.”

As for the offers involved, here are the details:

  • Fastweb Casa Light with monthly increase from 1.08 euros to 4 euros;
  • Fastweb Casa Privilege with monthly increase from 1.08 euros to 4.27 euros;
  • Fastweb NeXXt Home with monthly increase from 0.08 euros to 4.41 euros;
  • Fastweb NeXXt Casa Light with monthly increase from 1 euro to 4.43 euros;
  • Fastweb NeXXt Internet with monthly increase from 0.08 euros to 4 euros;
  • Fastweb Home with monthly increase from 1 euro to 4.43 euros;
  • Fastweb Home Inbound with monthly increase from 0.90 euros to 4.43 euros;
  • Fastweb Home OutBound with monthly increase from 0.90 euros to 4 euros;
  • Internet with monthly increase from 0.08 euros to 4.43 euros;
  • Internet + Telephone with monthly increase from 0.22 euros to 4.49 euros;
  • Jet with monthly increase from 0.07 euros to 4.45 euros;
  • Joy with monthly increase from 0.07 euros to 4.01 euros;
  • Browse Without Limits with monthly increase from 0.54 euros to 4.41 euros;
  • Superjet with monthly increase from 0.07 euros to 4.47 euros;
  • Supersurfing with monthly increase from 0.04 euros to 4.49 euros.

Customers who do not intend to accept this change will be able to take advantage of the right to withdraw from the contract or switch to another operator without incurring costs related to a penalty or deactivation (by 1March 5, 2024).
