In the telephone operator sector we know the aspect of remodulations very well, both in the mobile sector and in the fixed network sector.
Fastweb it also turns out to be among the operators who apply some unilateral changes to contracts with their customers, which result in remodulations tariffs with increases at the expense of the customers. And we’re going back to talking about this because one arrives new remodeling by Fastweb.
The operator has in fact announced on its official website that a new remodulation is coming for some landline offers. In fact, Fastweb reported that, starting from January 1, 2024some landline offers will increase by an amount between 0.01 euros/month and 4.49 euros/month. Below you will find the relevant offers:
- Fastweb Casa Light with monthly increase from 1.08 euros to 4.24 euros.
- Fastweb Casa Privilege with monthly increase from 0.91 euros to 4.27 euros.
- Fastweb NeXXt Home with monthly increase from 0.08 euros to 4.41 euros.
- Fastweb NeXXt Casa Light with monthly increase from 0.08 euros to 4.42 euros.
- Fastweb NeXXt Internet with monthly increase from 0.08 euros to 4 euros.
- Fastweb Home with monthly increase from 0.99 euros to 4.27 euros;
- Fastweb Home Inbound with monthly increase from 0.47 euros to 4.42 euros.
- Fastweb Home OutBound with monthly increase from 0.91 euros to 4.17 euros.
- Internet with monthly increase from 0.08 euros to 4 euros.
- Internet + Telephone with monthly increase from 0.08 euros to 4.49 euros.
- Jet with monthly increase from 0.14 euros to 4.45 euros.
- Joy with monthly increase from 0.02 euros to 3.89 euros.
- Browse Without Limits with monthly increase from 0.01 euros to 4.41 euros.
- Superjet with monthly increase from 0.11 euros to 4.49 euros.
- Supersurfing with monthly increase from 0.23 euros to 4.49 euros.
In short, it will be a start to the new year not particularly positive on the telephone aspect for some Fastweb customers.
All those affected by the increases will be notified in the customer area reserved and on the next one invoice. Below is Fastweb’s communication to justify the increases:
Starting from 1 January 2024, for some landline customers the monthly cost of the offer will increase by an amount between 0.01 euros/month and 4.49 euros/month.

Maintaining this balance between innovation and sustainability requires resources and the recent increase in energy and raw material costs beyond our control has made it even more complicated to guarantee you the best possible service.
Furthermore, Fastweb underlines that, as per legislative regulations, all customers involved in the remodeling will be able to terminate the contract without any cost to bear.
From December 1, 2023 all interested customers will receive a personal communication on the invoice and in their personal area and, in case of non-acceptance of the change, they will have the right to withdraw from the contract or switch to another operator without penalties and deactivation costs by February 15, 2024by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Fastweb SpA, Casella Postale 126 – 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI), or PEC to the address [email protected], attaching a copy of the identity document and specifying the reason for withdrawal as “modify of the contractual conditions”, or by going to a Fastweb store, contacting Fastweb Customer Service or via MyFastweb specifying the reason “modification of the contractual conditions” in the notes field.
In the case of installment payments still in progress, it will be possible to choose whether to continue the installment payment or pay the remaining installments in a single solution.
