Google Photos receives image labels: what are they for?

Some interesting news is arriving for Google Photos, the popular Google platform that allows you to sync and customize all your personal photos and videos in the cloud. We are talking about the arrival of labels.

You can see the Google Photos labels in the screenshot in the gallery. These allow a more immediate categorization of the images we have on Photos, via a automatic recognition of the subject portrayed in the image itself.

As you can see from the screenshots below, each labeled image has a context menu with two options: the first provides the possibility of manually edit the label assigned, while the second allows you to view all other images which have the same label as the image initially displayed.

We left the descriptions in English because this is new in our area it hasn’t arrived yetand we can expect an Italian version which for some rumors may be different from the literal translation.
