Google Tasks finally has its home in Calendar on the web

Google is always working to propose new solutions for the experience with its apps, especially when it comes to transversal apps dedicated to Android, iOS and PC devices. We’ve seen things move in a very interesting way for Google lately Tasks.

In fact, Google Tasks has seen increasingly powerful integration with other Google services, with the ability to set reminders directly through the Google Assistant and to view all completed Tasks contents in the Google Calendar.

Now comes further news in this context, with Google Tasks which gets its own dedicated section right in Google Calendar. As you can see from animation at the bottom, you will be able to access the Tasks section directly from top bar of Calendar on the web.

The account with which you access Tasks will be the same with which you accessed Calendar. Inside the Tasks section, which takes up the entire interface of Calendar, it will be possible to consult all lists created with Tasks, with related reminders and activities to do.

Both single and recurring content will be shown, while from sidebar it will be possible to navigate between the lists. Google Tasks on Calendar basically delivers all the options which offered its independent version. It therefore seems clear that Google’s goal is to make money increasingly centralized the use of its services for appointments, agenda and reminders.
