We have it praised, criticized and even admired at fashion shows, but the smart pin To the Pins (yes, the “i” is lowercase) by Humane it is making itself desired, and apparently the first purchasestherenters will have to wait longer than expected to do so speak (if you want to converse with an AI chatbot now, don’t miss our list of the best artificial intelligence apps on the market).
Not that it concerns us directly, given that To the Pins it won’t come in Italy (at least for the moment), but the news will certainly not be welcomed with enthusiasm by existing users believed immediately in the ambitious project: a device that promises to shake up the electronics market of consumption, perhaps proposing an alternative solution to smartphones.

At the end of December, Humane had announced that shipments of the pin from $699 with $24 per month of subscription (including SIM) to take advantage of the AI functions without which it cannot function, they would have started from March 2024but now there has been an update.
On X, a company staff member posted a video declaring that the devices will actually leave the factory at the end of March and priority shipping users will receive them at Mid-April. The others will follow shortly after.
Probably to compensate for the slight delayHumane will now give away three months subscription to the first buyers and in any case to all those who purchase it by March 31st, and also now offers free shipping. Sheffer reassures those who already have paid, stating they will take care of it (probably with a refund).
At this point we can’t do anything but wait, but at the end of the video Sheffer shows something strange, stating that those in New York can see “new friends”.
The sentence is followed by a movement of the hand, which reveals what appears to be a To the Pins oval in shape and completely chrome (opening image). At first glance it seems like a accessory, like a cover to change the appearance of the pin to personalize it, but obviously we have to wait for further updates.
