The waters around the new iPhone 16 have already started to shake. A few days ago we saw a preview of the design that should characterize the iPhone 16 Pro, and now we have the opportunity to have an idea of what it will feature iPhone 16.
The image you find below was shared by the leaker Majin Buu on X, and represents a CAD render of iPhone 16. We see the device from the back, from which we notice a couple of interesting aspects of his design.
Let’s first see that apple should slightly update the shape of the photo module rear for iPhone 16, compared to the generation we know of iPhone 15.
The second aspect that certainly captures attention is the place we see for the new shutter button. We have in fact learned that Apple should integrate a new physical button on the new generation of iPhone, and from the image just leaked we understand that this news will also concern the basic model. A fact that is not obvious, given that in the past we have always seen Apple reserve the innovations for the Pro models.
This new button, already known as Capture Buttonit should allow you to shoot quickly photo or record videos, but also to manage the zoom during shooting. And apparently it will arrive for both the Pro models and the base models of the iPhone 16.
In short, it seems that Apple intends bet heavily on the photographic experience on its iPhone 16. We’ll see if there will be further innovations in this sense from a hardware and software point of view.
