From the Municipality of Florence interesting news arrives for those who intend to buy an electric car and not only. In particular, 3 million euros have been allocated for the purchase of less polluting vehicles (70% of the resources allocated to natural persons, the remainder to legal entities). Getting to the heart of the news, the contributions available for private citizens will be regulated accordingly at ISEE. In fact, to make the request, this must not exceed 50,000 euros (there will be two contribution bands: ISEE less than or equal to €36,000; ISEE greater than €36,000 up to €50,000). Citizens will be able to purchase only one car; no more than two legal entities.
Details about the contribution
Moving on to the contribution, which will be a maximum of 50% of the total cost, will vary depending on the ISEE and the type of vehicle:
- For a new electric car the maximum contribution is 5,000 euros;
- for a used electric one it is 4000 euros;
- for an LPG car it is 4000 euros;
- for a used car it will reach up to 3200 euros;
- for a petrol vehicle it will vary between €3500 and €2800 (it will depend on whether the car is new or not).
For legal entities, however, the maximum contribution can reach €8,000 for a new electric vehicle (€6,400 if used); for a Euro 6 it can reach €5,000 (€4,000 if used).
The vehicles eligible for the contribution will be:
- Electric cars;
- Electric plug-in;
- hybrid-electric;
- LPG or methane or bifuel;
- Petrol powered (also mild-hybrid);
- Diesel powered Euro 6 (only for legal entities).
Private entities resident in Florence and legal entities such as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, with registered and operational headquarters in the Municipality of Florence or in nearby municipalities such as Bagno a Ripoli, Campi Bisenzio, Scandicci, Sesto Fiorentino, Calenzano, can request the contribution. In case of purchase of a used vehicle, however, the purchase price it must be less than €20,000. Legal entities, however, will be able to purchase any type of car.
