2024 has just begun and Google releases new ones promptly security updates monthly. They obviously concern its Pixels (we also remind you of our collection of the best Android smartphones).
The update of January 2024 for Google’s Pixels clearly introduces the security patches Android updated in January 2024. With these patches they have been resolved 11 problems safety described in the January 1, 2024 bulletin and others 48 relating to what was published on 5 January 2024.
The update is obviously aimed at the stable version of Android 14 (here’s how to best customize Android 14). But it’s not just about safety news. In fact, some are arriving for the Pixel 8 series fix which concern bugs discovered in the previous version of the software.
For Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, in fact, the January update also resolves a problem that caused the Camera app crash when using the front camera. Apart from this, problems have also been resolved GUI crash when viewing videos and the Wallpaper selector.
The update is currently being distributed via OTA globally to all those who have their device updated to the stable version of Android 14 (we also remind you how to enter the Android beta program).
