Starlink certainly represents an entity in its own right in the sector of operators offering internet connectivity services. In fact, Elon Musk’s company offers internet connectivity through its satellite networkeffectively distinguishing itself from all other internet service providers.
We have spoken on several occasions about Starlink, starting with its tariffs for Italian market. This is a service that is not yet widely spread and which also requires expensive equipment to access the service. From this follows a relatively high subscription priceespecially if we compare it with the rates requested by traditional operators.
But there are some important news by Starlink specifically for the Italian market. In fact, the company has announced some important ones tariff reductions for your subscription. Let’s go and see what’s new together:
- The monthly subscription fee drops to 40 euros (previously it amounted to 50 euros). This price drop will involve i new clients but also those who already have active a subscription. The latter is a pleasant and certainly not obvious detail.
- The cost of the installation kit goes to 299 euros (previously it amounted to 450 euros). This price reduction is valid for one limited periodalthough Starlink does not specify the deadline, and we have already seen it in a previous Starlink promotional campaign.
I mean, that’s probably it the best time (so far) to activate the Starlink service in Italy.
We remind you that this is an internet connectivity service that is based on satellite infrastructure, and therefore not subject to limitations network due to lack of land infrastructure, characteristic of remote locations, and traffic congestion, characteristic of highly frequented places.
