This is the OnePlus 12: raw power and groundbreaking design in a flagship that goes all out

It didn’t take long to wait and, finally, OnePlus has presented its latest flagship: the OnePlus 12.

It must be emphasized, however, that at the moment its launch has occurred only in China, but as is usual for the company, its launch will occur in the rest of the world soon. What’s more, OnePlus hopes that It will be launched along with other products globally in early 2024.

The firm seems to have put all its efforts, since the device, as can be seen in its technical sheet, points out ways.

The most relevant thing is that Inside it hides the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, one of the first smartphones on the market to introduce the latest from Qualcomm and on paper it sounds amazing: it offers faster Kryo CPU (30% improvement) and GPU (25% improvement) speeds with improved power efficiency (10% overall power saving improvement).

Furthermore, it is equipped with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 ROM supporting RAM-Vitalization and ROM-Vitalization to ensure a fast, smooth and long-lasting experience in heavy usage, multitasking and long-term scenarios.

As for the screen, go for a 120Hz 2K Super Fluid AMOLED panel with LTPO which allows you to see the world with very defined colors and with a maximum brightness of 4500 nits.

In terms of charging and autonomy, it has a 100W SuperVooc cable that promises very fast chargingalthough they have not given estimated figures and a 5,400 mAh battery, somewhat larger than usual on the market.

Add to this a dual-speed cryogenic cooling system that improves the cooling material and structure design, the OnePlus 12 provides a comfortable and uninterrupted experience even in performance-demanding scenarios.

The camera, for its part, is equipped with the latest self-developed HDR algorithm and is compatible with the 4th generation Hasselblad camera for mobile devices, making this device a photographic marvel.

To highlight a triple camera with a 50-megapixel LYT808 main lens co-developed with Sony, a 64-megapixel OV64B periscopic 3X telephoto camera, and a 48-megapixel IMX581 ultra-wide-angle camera to create rather than simply capture the best moments for the user.

And last but not least, it has a design similar to what is usual in OnePlus with a curved design that takes inspiration from a luxury watch and a rear camera module that enters through the eyes.

As I have already told you, the launch date on European soil is not known, but the OnePlus 12 is expected to be launched along with other products worldwide in early 2024.
