From the April 1, 2024 some TIM landline customers will suffer a increase of the monthly cost of their offers. In fact, the operator is informing the users involved through a communication on the invoice, explaining that the remodulation is necessary to “economic needs for the sustainability of investments in new generation networks, also due to the changes in the market context that occurred during 2023”.
Going into the details of the news, the monthly increase in some landline offers will be equal to 2.90 euros. As regards existing promotions, however, no changes are foreseen. The list of offers involved is not yet known, however it would appear that some customers who take advantage of the offer have been involved TIM Premium ADSL. In any case, for further information it will be possible to contact Customer Service 187, access the site or go to a TIM store.
Finally, customers who do not want to accept this increase, they will have the right to withdraw from the contract or switch to another operator without costs or penalties: it will be sufficient to communicate by 30 April 2024.
To exercise this right, it will be possible to contact 187, make the request via the MyTIM Customer Area, go to an operator’s store or send a PEC to the address TIM – Customer Service – Post Office Box 111 – 00054 Fiumicino (Rome) or via PEC to the address [email protected].
