Google releases Beta 1.1 of Android 14 QPR2: fix coming soon

The journey of Android 14 continues on the road to beta, after the release of the stable version a few weeks ago for Google’s Pixels. We are obviously talking about beta QPR.

In fact, in the last few hours Google has released a new update with the Beta 1.1 Of Android 14 QPR2. It is a intermediate updatereleased a few days after the one that saw the arrival of Android 14 QPR2 Beta 1. And since it is an intermediate update, the new features introduced essentially consist of software fixes.

So let’s go and see together what they are main news introduced with this update:

  • Fixed an issue where some apps were unavailable after a system update.
  • Fixed issues that negatively impacted performance.
  • Improvements to general system stability.
  • Minor bugfixes.

This is therefore a content update, which has the exclusive purpose of fix some imperfections emerged with the first beta of Android 14 QPR2.

The update refers to the build AP11.231020.016 and includes the patches Android security updates to November 2023.

The update is currently being distributed via OTA globally to all those who have joined the QPR beta of Android 14 (we remind you how to enter the Android beta program). Compatible devices are Pixel 5a and all subsequent models.
