Some Kena users are unable to renew their offer

A strange problem is affecting some users of the virtual operator Kena. In fact, someone is reporting a critical issue that does not allow renewal of offers, even if there is sufficient credit on the SIM. Proceeding in an orderly manner, reports to this effect were already received yesterday, with the operator inviting the users involved to indicate generic information, such as the name and surname of the owner of the SIM card.

Subsequently, the operator officially acknowledged the problem, adding that it is working to resolve it. However, due to this criticality it is impossible to renew the offer and therefore users find themselves forced to incur costs. In this regard, however, the operator has already specified that the credit consumed due to the disservice will be credited back to all customers involved.

While waiting for the problem to be resolved, users will spend 35 euro cents per minute for each call in Italy, 25 euro cents for each SMS sent and 50 euro cents in advance installments of 50MB for internet.

In this regard, according to some reports, users who managed to speak to an operator they benefited from 100 minutes to all national numbers and 10 GB of data traffic.

With the hope that the critical situation will be overcome as soon as possible, we would like to remind you that Kena is TIM’s second brand. For this reason, users use the latter company’s network in 2G and 4G LTE (the maximum browsing speed is 60 Mbps in download and 30 Mbps in upload).
