The new Galaxy S24s are receiving a good response public success, with overall sales of the series increasing 8% globally. All this consensus has certainly been favored by the various innovations that these smartphones include, such as brighter screens, more efficient processors, better autonomy and above all the features based on artificial intelligence. However, there is no shortage of critical issues.

In particular, some users are reporting problems with the Face Unlock function and with screen mirroring via Miracast. As for Face Unlock, it would appear that the Galaxy S24 is unable to recognize the user’s face in low light conditions. In this sense, various solutions have been proposed on various forums, although none of them seem to have worked. In any case, Samsung has not yet officially identified this problem.

Other users, however, have encountered a different problemlinked to mirroring your phone to TV via Miracast. Specifically, while other smartphones including the Galaxy A52, the Galaxy S10+, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra, work seamlessly wirelessly on a TV using Miracast, the Galaxy S24 is facing issues doing the same.

Samsung, again, has not yet acknowledged this problem.

Beyond these critical issues, as mentioned at the beginning, the latest series of the Korean company’s top of the range is enjoying success beyond the wildest expectations. To support this statement, just think that in Netherlands only pre-orders have exceeded by 50% those recorded by Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra a year ago.
