Huawei is all set to unveil the ninth generation of its affordable fitness tracker, viz Huawei Band. The smartband, among other things, will probably debut together with the earphones Huawei Freelance Pro 2 in the month of April. Going into details, Huawei Band – whose model number is KIM-B19 while the code name is Kimi – it doesn’t present any major new features compared to the previous model (the design is practically the same). The display is always a 1.47″ AMOLED type (with a resolution of 368×194 pixels), just as the 180 mAh battery has been confirmed.

There will also be waterproofing up to 5 ATM, while the connection to the smartphone will obviously take place via Bluetooth (there is also support for WLAN). Huawei Band will be available in various colors, including black, blue, white, yellow and pink. In this regard, the blue version will feature a fabric strap rather than silicone.

As for the debut, not much is known. Huawei, in fact, limited itself to highlighting the hashtag “#ComingSoon”. According to rumors, a launch can be assumed in April.

The selling price, however, should be 59 eurosthe same price as the previous generation.
