Microsoft wants Copilot to reign over the Windows 11 interface

Copilot artificial intelligence has been with us for a year after Microsoft’s announcement on February 7, 2023, and since that date, it has already been part of our lives and especially of the Windows operating system.

If you have been using Copilot In Windows 11 you will know that since its arrival to the operating system in September, it appears in a small vertical section on the right side of the screen, but Microsoft wants much more.

As Microsoft itself has announced, we will now be able to change the size of Copilot so that it is not only present in this vertical area on the right side of the interface. In fact we will be able to drag the Copilot section to expand it further to the left.

On the other hand, a dedicated button will also be released to make Copilot appear next to another open window. Once you click this dedicated button, Copilot will cover half of the screen along with any open apps.

It should be noted that Copilot will return to overlay mode if you click on the aforementioned button again.

But the thing does not stop there, Microsoft indicates that it does not rule out that can be put in full screen Copilotbut at the moment they are reflecting on this idea.

In this way, it should not surprise you that a future update of Windows 11 give much more importance to Copilot in the screen interface, although luckily, it seems that you will be able to change its presence at will.
