Now you can use Copilot Pro for free, at least for a month. Let’s see how

Now everyone can try Copilot Pro, Microsoft’s cutting-edge AI chatbot, for free. The Redmond house has in fact activated the free trial of the plan from 22 euros per month to take advantage of its tool (do you know what Copilot is? Find out in our dedicated study).

We remember that Copilot Pro is Microsoft’s paid plan that allows you to have priority access to the latest OpenAI models, the ability to create your own Copilot GPT, 100 increments per day for Image Creator and Design, and access to Copilot within the Office apps if you are already subscribed to Microsoft 365 Personal or Home.

But now it is also possible to use it on Office apps without having signed up to a plan Microsoft 365: let’s see all the details.

Copilot Pro free for a month: how to access the promo

Let’s start with the most interesting news: the free trial by Copilot. To use it, you need to install Copilot on your Android or iOS phone, then log in with your Microsoft account.

Once on the home screen, tap at the top of left the icon with three lines horizontal and select the tab Unlock the latest in AI with Copilot Pro.

You will now see the page to subscribe to Copilot Pro with 30 days free in yellow. Tap below Get Copilot Pro and on the next page you will see confirmation of the free trial. You will not be charged no cost until the day before the activation of the paid service, and you can cancel it until that moment.

On the Copilot Pro website, however, the free trial is not (perhaps yet) active, although this is probably an initiative to encourage users to use the Copilot appwhich isn’t seeing as much adoption as Microsoft hoped.

Copilot Pro is now also available in the Office apps, without Microsoft 365

The other novelty concerns the possibility of using Copilot Pro within the Office web apps, therefore without having a subscription Microsoft 365 separate.

This means that you will be able to use the tool in Word And Outlook for the Web and, as stated by Divya Kumargeneral manager of AI research and marketing at Microsoft, will also be coming to the free Microsoft 365 and Outlook mobile apps in the coming months.
