Finally a launch date for MultiVersus: here’s when it arrives on PS5, Xbox and beyond
Two years after its premiere, Warner Bros. announces the official launch date of MultiVersus. This is a new title that arrives for many gaming platforms, with a unique game structure.
MultiVersus is a Free-to-play platform fighting game. Among its main features, which we also appreciated during our preview test, we find a truly cast full of characters known.
We find indeed Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn and Black Adam (DC); Shaggy and Velma (Scooby-Doo); Bugs BunnyTaz the Tasmanian Devil and Marvin the Martian (Looney Tunes); Arya Stark (Game of Thrones); Tom and Jerry (Tom & Jerry); Finn the human and Jake the dog (Adventure Time); Steven Universe and Garnet (Steven Universe); the iron giant (The Iron Giant); LeBron James (Space Jam: New Legends); Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith (Rick and Morty), Gizmo and White Wiffle (Gremlins) and an extraordinary original creature known as Rendog.
Warner Bros. has announced that the game will officially debut next May 28, 2024. This will happen a couple of years after its premiere. There was a period when the project seemed to be reached the end of the line even before debuting to the general public. Evidently Warner Bros. took the time to perfect it properly.
The final version of the game, compared to the preview we saw two years ago, includes a new one PVE mode (Player versus Environment), significantly improved graphics, new heroes and characters and new levels.
Warner Bros. has announced that starting May 28th MultiVersus will be available as a free download on consoles PlayStation5 And PlayStation4, Xbox Series, Xbox One come on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), with support for cross-play and cross-progression.
