Here is the live photo of another Samsung smartphone with the Key Island: it is Galaxy A55
Samsung, after presenting its family of top of the range Galaxy S24, is focusing on launching mid-range devices. In this sense, he has already revealed Galaxy A15 5G and Galaxy A25 5G, featuring the new “Key Island” design. Soon, then, two more phones could be added: Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55.
In this regard, via the certification database of TENAA, a live image of Galaxy A55 has been leaked. According to this information, the device will have a triple camera setup on the back, the company’s new “Key Island” design, flat sides, and curved corners. The phone, then, will have 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot and a slot for two SIMs. Going deeper into the technical specifications, Galaxy A55 will use the chip Exynos 1480 with the Xclipse 530 GPU.
The fingerprint recognition sensor will be implemented in the display while on the photographic level there will be three rear sensors: 50 MP (main), 12 MP (ultrawide), and 5 MP (macro); the front sensor, however, will have a resolution of 32 MP.
The battery will have a capacity of 5,000 mAh. There will be GPS, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C input, stereo audio and IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. Another big update will be the introduction of metal construction instead of plastic. In this sense, it will be the first device in the A series to have a metal chassis.
