Galaxy S24 Ultra shows itself live: Samsung in the wake of continuity

Somewhat surprisingly, some photos were released today that would reveal Samsung’s future top of the range, that is Galaxy S24 Ultra. The photos, published by a user on X (formerly Twitter), they seem real: in short, the protagonist would be the smartphone that the Korean company will present in January 2024.

Getting to the heart of the news, the top of the range appears with a completely flat rear panel and screen (despite the presence of the slot that houses the S-Pen). Therefore, after various experiments, it would seem that Samsung has finally managed to combine the needs of the screen with those of the S-Pen, one of the strong points of the Ultra variant of the Galaxy S family. For the rest, Galaxy S24 Ultra it would present itself rather similar to its predecessor.

Furthermore, the metal frame of the future top of the range would have slightly rounded edges, while the upper and lower ones appear flat. The right edge, then, houses the power button and the dedicated volume button, together with an antenna.

Finally, the dimensions of the device should match 162.3 x 79.0 x 8.7mmvery similar to those of S23 Ultra.

As for the debut date, according to recent rumors the Korean company will present the new Galaxy S24 series on January 17, during an Unpacked event a San Hose, California.
