Get Ready for Moto G54: Leaked Renders, Key Specs and Features Exposed
In December, Motorola introduced the Moto G53, and now the company is diligently working on its successor, predictably named the G54.
Although initial leaked renders were rather unremarkable earlier this month, renowned leaker Evan Blass, also known as @evleaks, has now unveiled some officially-looking press renders of the upcoming mid-range smartphone – a visual treat for enthusiasts.
Displayed in the renders are three out of the four anticipated color options for launch: Outer Space (a deep gray), Coronet Blue (a vibrant blue), and likely Ambrosia. Additionally, a Ballad Blue variant is also on the horizon. These color names are inspired by Pantone’s distinctive naming convention. This is a result of Motorola’s ongoing collaboration with Pantone, explaining this naming approach.
According to earlier rumors, the Moto G54 is anticipated to feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with an impressive 120 Hz refresh rate. The camera setup is rumored to comprise a 50 MP primary rear camera and a 16 MP front camera. The phone is expected to offer up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of expandable storage, along with a substantial 5,000 mAh battery. Notably, this marks a twofold increase in maximum storage compared to its predecessor, while the device also boasts a higher-resolution screen. Barring these upgrades, no other significant enhancements appear to be on the horizon.
In essence, the Moto G54 seems poised to continue Motorola’s tradition of delivering capable mid-range smartphones, with improved storage and display quality as its standout features.
