Google Maps updates on Android Auto: small but pleasant news

Google is always working when it comes to Android Auto, its popular infotainment platform. In the last few hours a small update regarding Google Maps on Android Auto.

All those who use Android Auto to navigate with Google Maps, obviously connecting their Android smartphone to the car, will be happy to know that a small improvement for the popular maps and navigation app.

The novelty consists in the graphic update regarding the display of estimated arrival time when starting a navigation route on Google Maps. The images you find in the gallery show what the new look for Maps on Android Auto.

It is not easy to notice the difference compared to the previous version of Maps: in fact, a display of the estimated time of arrival has been introduced in boldjust as Maps has been offering for some time now in its other popular versionssuch as in the Android app.

The estimated arrival time is displayed in bold for some reason it hadn’t arrived yet on Maps for Android Auto.

Google finally updates this aspect, with all due respect of graphic uniformity of its software products for the various platforms on which they are active.

The update we just saw would be being distributed with the version 11.119.0100 of Google Maps and the version 11.5 of Android Auto. Let us know if you have already noticed the news.
