The Restart service that has just been launched by Kena Mobile, a well-known virtual operator that has been active on the TIM network in Italy for several years now, provides the possibility of Don’t stay dry of telephone traffic or data traffic at any time.

  • The SIM has been blocked due to fraud or theft/loss
  • The SIM is not associated with an offer that includes content (Giga, SMS, minutes).
  • The SIM is suspended due to exhausted credit or inactivity.
