Microsoft will soon outline “its AI vision” for Windows and Surface

The month of May will host a Microsoft event that promises to be quite interesting. The company, in fact, the next May, 20th will give life to an event focused on artificial intelligence. The announcement was made directly by CEO Satya Nadella, who in an email sent to the media stated that the discussion will focus on “AI vision of the company between hardware and software”.

The event, which will be held exclusively live (there will be no live streaming), will feature the new Surfaces and the AI ​​news which he will benefit from Windows. In particular, it would seem that the consumer versions of will be presented on May 20th Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6. The two laptops should be equipped with the latest processors Qualcomm’s Snapdragon and will include dedicated NPU hardware to better carry out tasks on Windows 11 based on artificial intelligence.

At the same time, Microsoft is developing a new AI function that will affect Explorer and which will work as a timeline that can be searched on your PC.

Specifically, users will be able to consult the documents and files on which they have worked, the websites visited and much more: in practice this is the Timeline function already seen in Windows 10 and subsequently removed from the company.

The May event will also host other Microsoft AI initiatives, including Copilot. In this regard, the company recently launched the $20 per month Copilot Pro subscription worldwide (in Italy it costs 22 euros per month). This subscription gives users access to the latest OpenAI templates, creating their own Copilot GPT, 100 increments per day for Image Creator and Design, and finally access to Copilot within the Office apps.
