LG has definitively said goodbye to the smartphone market for a couple of years now, but the company has remained active in the technology sector with other products. And among its highlights we find the screens.
LG’s most interesting products are therefore centered on the context of smart TVs, but not only. In the same field, the South Korean company is also active in the production of smart displays. And precisely speaking of smart displays, LG presented a interesting new product.
LG StanbyME Go: Technical Features
The novelty from LG is called LG StanbyME Go. It is an evolution of the LG StanbyME that we learned about in depth in our review, which arrived a few months ago. The new product consists of a smart display that can be transported practically everywhereas you can see from the images in the gallery.
In fact, the smart display comes with a homes for transportation. This allows a versatile allocation and positioning both in terms of height, adjustment and inclination of the screen, which can be positioned both vertically and horizontally, parallel to the support surface so as to become a sort of table.
The touch display is in format 27 inches. The built-in battery ensures usage up to 3 hourswhile the four-channel speaker system offers powerful up to 200W. In multimedia terms, we find support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
The construction materials are compatible with the standard MIL-STD-810G, which certifies its resistance to various environmental factors including low pressure, high temperature, low temperature, dust and salt, even withstanding small shocks and vibrations. From a software point of view we find webOSand full compatibility with connection to Android and iOS devices.

The new LG StanbyME Go (model 27LX5) is already available in Italian market at the price of 1,299 euros. You can find it on the official LG store.
